I❤️️AI.Trading's Terms of Service help define I❤️️AI.Trading's relationship with you as you interact with our services. It is important to understand these Terms of Service because, by using our services, you are agreeing to these terms.

1. Service provider

I❤️️AI.Trading services are provided by:

I❤️️AI, LLC.

organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and operating under the laws of the USA.

2. Eligibility

In order to use I❤️️AI.Trading services, each entity is required to authenticate and authorize with a valid Google Account.

Your relationship with I❤️️AI.Trading

We give you permission to use our services if you agree to follow these terms. Terms “I❤️️AI.Trading”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean I❤️️AI, LLC. and its affiliates.

3. Our services

Our all-in-one platform services that are subject to these terms combine straight-through processing, portfolio and order management, execution tracking, and advanced accounting features—giving you complete visibility from trade to P&L, allowing to visualize markets with real-time pricing charts and indicators, manage risk dynamically and automate back office processes with full compliance and audit trails built in, and other existing or future features, services, and integrations.

Our services are designed to work together, making it easier for you to move from one activity to the next. For example, booking a trade, viewing pricing charts, calculating P&L, processing corporate actions, risk management, and generating reports.

3.1. Continuous development of I❤️️AI.Trading services

We strive to constantly develop new platforms and features to improve our services. It may result in adding or removing features and functionalities, changing quotas and limits to our services, and start offering new services or stop offering old ones.

If our planned activities might result in your inability to use of our services or if we stop offering a service, we’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to export your content (things that you upload, submit, store, send, receive or share with I❤️️AI.Trading using our services) from I❤️️AI.Trading, except in urgent situations such as preventing abuse, responding to legal requirements, or addressing security and operability issues.

4. Our expectations

We permit you to use our services as long as you meet your responsibilities in these terms.

Although we give you permission to use our services, we retain any intellectual property rights we have in the services.

4.1. Communications and interactions.

Parts of our software imply your communications and interactions with other users. In order to maintain a respectful environment for everyone, you are expected to follow our rules of conduct:

  • comply with applicable laws;
  • respect the rights of others;
  • do not abuse, threaten, mislead, defraud or harrass others;
  • do not damage, abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the services.
  • do not copy, scrape, download, redistribute, or sell I❤️️AI.Trading data that is not available to export through a programmed action in our services.

4.2. Permission to access your Google Account.

Our services require that you have a Google Account that you permit us to use within the context of our services. I❤️️AI.Trading products leverage Google infrastructure to store your documents and send emails, related to your use of I❤️️AI.Trading application services, on your behalf.

Your use of Google infrastructure through I❤️️AI.Trading application services is governed by policies and terms of service of respective Google services. You are responsible for how you use your Google Account, including taking reasonable steps to keep your Google Account secure.

5. Problem resolution

Before taking action as described below, we’ll provide you with advance notice when reasonably possible, describe the reason for our action, and give you an opportunity to fix the problem, unless we reasonably believe that doing so would:

  • violate the law or a legal enforcement authority’s order;
  • compromise an ongoing investigation;
  • cause harm or liability to a user, third party, or us;
  • compromise the operation, integrity, or security of our services.

5.1 Removing your content

If we reasonably believe that any of your actions or content are in violation of these terms, breach applicable laws, or could cause harm to other parties, involved with our services, including us, then we reserve the right to take down some or all of that content in accordance with applicable laws.

5.2 Suspending or terminating your access to I❤️️AI.Trading services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services if any of these things happen:

  • you materially or repeatedly breach these terms, service-specific additional terms or policies;
  • we’re required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or a court order;
  • we reasonably believe that your conduct causes harm or liability to a user, third party, or I❤️️AI.Trading.
    For example, by hacking, phishing, disrupting networks, harassing, spamming, misleading others, or scraping content that doesn’t belong to you.

If you believe your I❤️️AI.Trading access has been suspended or terminated in error, you can appeal.

Of course, you are always free to stop using our services at any time. All documents you uploaded using I❤️️AI.Trading are yours and will remain on your Google Drive.

6. Settling disputes, governing law, and courts

Wyoming law will govern all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, service-specific additional terms, or any related services, regardless of conflict of laws rules. These disputes will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, and you and I❤️️AI.Trading consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
